We’re aware that some social media agencies outsource work outside of the country in order to reduce costs. We believe in people over profit and are proud to reject this way of doing business. All content is currently written in house or with the assistance of contractors who we know in real life. Most work is personally completed by our founders, Miller and Sunny, who are dedicated to providing high quality, brand forward content for our clients.

Absolutely! Clients utilizing our DIY offerings will receive template links that they can customize however they see fit. For full-scale social media clients, there will be an opportunity each month to provide feedback to our team. Every full scale social media client receives two rounds of edits on any work we do.

We’re proud to have strong relationships with our clients. Our founder and CEO, Miller, is the main point of contact for every client at Bellflower Media and always will be. That means no jumping around between different account managers and project managers. Just streamlined support when you need it!

We price every package to suit the needs of our clients. When we started out, we had some established packages for clients to choose from. After realizing that these packages didn’t suit all industries or organization types, we switched things up to start offering custom packages for our clients. When you apply to work with us, you’ll receive a menu of three tiers to choose from based on your needs. The package prices will depend on the number of platforms you choose, which platforms, whether crossposting is possible, and other factors. Full service social media management packages begin at $500, but we offer lower scale packages for clients with lower budgets.

We’re glad you asked! In order to make our services as accessible as possible, we offer a few options to clients with lower budgets. These options include monthly templates in your brand colors and fonts, monthly social media kits, or starter templates to help you craft your own, DIY social media strategy. Apply to work with us to receive a quote for these services.

In an effort to give our clients as much flexibility as possible, we offer reasonable cancellation terms based on your package type. Clients with monthly DIY services can cancel any time by giving a 30 day notice to our team. For clients with full scale social media packages, a 60-day written notice is required due to demand for our services.
